Sec.  1220.218  Officers of the Committee.

    The following persons shall serve as officers of the Committee:
    (a) The Chairperson of the Board shall be Chairperson of the 
Committee.
    (b) The Committee shall elect or appoint such other officers as it 
may deem necessary.
