Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, DHS.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of New York (FEMA-1665-DR), dated October 24, 2006, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: October 25, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that the incident
