Arizona; Amendment No. 2 to Notice of a Major Disaster 
Declaration

AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland 
Security.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration 
for the State of Arizona (FEMA-1660-DR), dated September 7, 2006, and 
related determinations.

DATES: Effective Date: October 24, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal Emergency Management Agency 
(FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the 
Director, under Executive Order 12148, as amended, Lee H. Rosenberg, of 
FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer for this 
declared disaster.
    This action terminates my appointment of Michael L. Karl as Federal 
Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
