New York; Amendment No.1 to Notice of an Emergency Declaration
AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland
Security.
ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for
the State of New York (FEMA-3268-EM), dated October 15, 2006, and
related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE: October 16, 2006.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Federal Emergency Management Agency
(FEMA) hereby gives notice that pursuant to the authority vested in the
Director, under Executive Order 12148, as amended, Peter J. Martinasco,
of FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal Coordinating Officer for
this declared disaster.
This action terminates my appointment of Marianne C. Jackson as
Federal Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
